Nestled in the shadow of the Cooley Mountains on the outskirts of Newry, Station Works Brewery has been quietly building a reputation for itself amongst craft brewers everywhere. Foxes Rock is there leading Irish craft beer range, brewed with locally sourced ingredients and water from the outstanding beauty of its natural surroundings. As a craft brewery, Station Works is unique in that it also houses packaging facilities for the production of bottle, can and keg and has the capacity of up to 40,000 hecto-litres.
Foxes Rock Pale Ale 4.5%abv 500ml & 30L Keg
The Chinook hop gives a spicy, pine like aroma with a subtle hint of grape fruit flavour giving you an attractive light golden to amber colour. Malt Loughran’s Pale Ale malt and Crystal malt Hops First Gold as bitterness hop- slight spicy notes, sweet and floral. Chinook as flavour and aroma hop- spicy, piny and distinct grapefruit.
Foxes Rock India Pale Ale 5.2%abv 500ml & 30L Keg
This IPA is bursting with fruity hop flavour due to the generous dry hopping, balanced with malty and biscuit flavours from the malt.
Malt: Loughran’s Pale Ale Malt, Crystal Malt.
Hops: Chinook- spicy, piny and distinct grapefruit. Cascade – flowery, citrus, spice with subtle grapefruit. (Late Brew and Dry Hop). Moteuka- tropical fruit, lemon and lime. (Late Brew and Dry Hop)
Foxes Rock Red Ale 4.5%abv 500ml & 30L Keg
A dark red ale with subtle biscuit and caramel flavours from the specialty malts balanced by a light bitterness and spicy flavour from the selected hops.
Malt: Loughran’s Pale Ale Malt, Belgium Dark Malt (red colour), Black Malt.
Hops: Challanger- bitterness and spicy character. First Gold- slight spicy notes, sweet and floral. Progress- fruity and sweet.
Foxes Rock Stout 4.5%abv 500ml & 30L Keg
Taste Profile – A dark Irish stout with a creamy head, smooth and full bodied. The black malt used gives dark chocolate and coffe character to the beer.
Malt: Loughran’s Pale Ale Malt, Crystal Malt, Black Malt (sweet roast)
Hops: First Gold- slight spicy notes, sweet and floral. EK Golding- sweet, smooth honey.
Foxes Rock IPL 5.2%abv 500ml & 30L Keg
This hybrid beer style has a clean lager backbone with the fruity hop character of an IPA. Specially selected New Zealand hops bring a burst of citrus and tropical fruit.
Taste Profile: Malt: Irish Pale Ale Malt, Vienna Malt, Aromatic Malt.
Hops: Goldings for gentle flavour and good, clean bitternesss. Cascade – flowery, citrus, spice with subtle grapefruit.
Moteuka – tropical fruit, lemon, and lime. Wiamea – pine and citurs character.

This Session IPA has subtle malt character carrying grapefruit and stone fruit flavours from the use of simcoe and mosaic hops.
