Founded in 1993 in Cleobury Mortimer, Shropshire, by Nick and Jim Davis, Hobsons Brewery is an award-winning, independent family-owned brewery specializing in sustainable real ales, keg beers, and bottled beers. Renowned for using local ingredients – like Maris Otter malt and Worcestershire hops – they produce popular beers such as Town Crier, Old Prickly and Shropstar. In 2007, Hobson’s won the country’s biggest accolade when their Mild won CAMRA’s ‘Champion Beer of Britain’. Also known for their green credentials, Hobson’s Brewery has won the Society for Independent Brewers (SIBA) ‘Best Green Business’ award in 2010 and once again in 2021!
