Camerons Brewery

Cameron’s Brewery Ltd is one of the largest private breweries in the UK, with the capacity to produce more than 1 million hectolitres of beer annually. Formed in 2002, following its purchase by business man David Soley, the company’s origins date back to 1865 when John William Cameron was engaged to run the original Brewery. Today the Brewery operates from the historic Lion Brewery which was built in 1892 in the heart of Hartlepool. Our philosophy at Cameron’s is to offer our customers high quality Ales, Stouts and Lagers brewed at the Lion Brewery, as well as more contemporary beer styles from our experimental Tooth & Claw Brewery.

Camerons IPA

6.2% ABV

Cameron’s IPA is an India Pale Ale packed full of hoppy citrus and blackcurrent flavours delivering a crisp, refreshing, superior taste and satisfying bitter finish.

Camerons Monkey Stout

4.0% ABV

Brewed in honour of the famous Hartlepool monkey hanging legend, Cameron’s Monkey Stout is a classic North East style stout with a rich black colour and a distinctive roasted chocolate aroma. The Stout has an initial bitter taste from the roasted chocolate malt and ends with a smooth, sweet flavour.

Camerons Strongarm

4.3% ABV

The Brewery’s flagship beer. Well rounded, ruby red ale with a distinct, tight creamy head. A great balance of malt, hops and bitterness.
